Lindesay Brine

Director of MAFC, Lindesay Brine is an educator and leader with a wealth of experience in financial system and risk management, banking, capital markets, financial system infrastructure, risk management, regulatory and legislative change, financial operational risk and compliance, and monitoring and surveillance. He is also the chair of the Finance and Treasury Association Technical Committee.

John-Paul Monck

As founder and CEO of a new digital business bank, SME Bank, John-Paul (JP) Monck has worked with diverse teams across the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region in various aspects of banking, risk management and governance, as well as financial economics. Dr Monck is also a solicitor, a CA, CPA in Public Practice and a former Australian banking regulator. He has a unique breadth of experience and understanding of governance and management challenges, and is a generous mentor who is keen to help students and young professionals achieve career success.
